Descritpion: Txi-Kung is a Chinese art of health and longevity that involves smooth, slow and rhythmic movements. It is based on breathing and concentration to stimulate energy and improve health. It has a relaxing and regulating effect on the body and mind that helps us reach a state of well-being.
With children, the sessions are more entertaining, with animal positions, singing, dancing, massages, etc. to learn to enjoy silence together, to relax, to cultivate the attention and to acquire a greater corporal and emotional awareness.
