Information note regarding HUTG communications - Ajuntament de Llançà
INFORMATION NOTE REGARDING HUTG COMMUNICATIONS - AJUNTAMENT DE LLANÇÀ
Following the entry into force of Decree Law 3/2023, of November 7, and given that the municipality of Llançà is included in the list of municipalities where tourist accommodation will require prior urban planning permission, we inform you that it is currently not possible to formalize new HUTG Communications.
In accordance with the new regulations, any new HUTG must have obtained the necessary urban planning license beforehand, which can be processed once the corresponding urban planning has been developed.
Any communication of a new HUTG made after the entry into force of the new regulations (9/11/2023) will not have any legal effect, and the communication will be considered as not submitted.
How it's done?
- Documentation required to process a change of ownership of a tourist accommodation economic activity:

When completing your request for a change of ownership of a Tourist Use Housing through the Canal Empresa website of the Generalitat de Catalunya, please note the following:
- If you have purchased the housing for which you are requesting the change of ownership less than three months ago, you must attach the scanned deed of sale to your request.
-If you are acting as a representative of a person or company, you must attach valid proof of representation to your request.
- Since this is an electronic procedure, it is very important to provide a correct and functioning email address.
- You must also provide at least one telephone number, landline or mobile, from the Spanish telephone network.
- Documentation required to process a modification of a tourist accommodation economic activity:
Form duly completed electronically (Link to the form):
The data to be modified are:
- The capacity of the housing.
- The company name of the assistance and maintenance company.
- The contact telephone number for immediate consultation and incident
handling.
- Documentation required to process the closure of a tourist accommodation economic activity:

When completing your request for the closure of a Tourist Use Housing through the Canal Empresa website of the Generalitat de Catalunya, please note the following:
- If you have purchased the housing for which you are requesting the closure less than three months ago, you must attach the scanned deed of sale to your request.
