Recommendations

The tortoises’ activity always depends on weather conditions. Morning visits are recommended, as this is when they are most active.

In spring and autumn, on cloudy, rainy, or cold days, the tortoises’ activity is greatly reduced.

In summer, it is advisable to avoid visiting during the hottest hours of the day.

Please note that, due to weather conditions and low tortoise activity, the centre may occasionally remain closed to the public for all or part of the day.
